Upload the drawing. The quote is ready.
The OfferX reads your request, measures the part, prices it with your own cost formula and sends the quote through a trackable link. The final approval is always yours.
How is a quote prepared today?
In a make-to-order shop, a single request often takes this route. A typical day:
- 09:12
The customer’s email arrives: three drawings, an Excel list and an “urgent” note.
- 09:40
The drawings are opened, dimensions are read by hand, material and thickness are jotted down.
- 11:05
Last year’s Excel cost template is dug out; cutting and bending times are estimated.
- 14:30
The exchange rate is checked, the price goes into a Word template and leaves as a PDF by email.
- Three days later
Nobody knows whether the customer opened it or who it was forwarded to. When a revision comes in, it all starts again.
At every step of this flow, information is carried by hand from one tool to the next. The OfferX was built to remove that carrying.
Four steps from request to quote
- A
The request is read
The emailed request is read together with its PDF and Excel attachments. Customer, parts list, quantities and requested delivery date land in a draft quote.
- B
The part is measured
Dimensions, holes, bend lines and cutting length are extracted from DXF and STEP drawings. You do not have to read dimensions by hand.
- C
The cost is calculated
The calculation uses your formula: material, cutting, bending, surface treatment, scrap and risk margin. The basis of every line is visible and you can change any line.
- D
It is sent and tracked
The quote reaches your customer through a secure link. You see when it was opened and which revision was read; a sent revision never changes afterwards.
A readable calculation behind every price
Prices do not come out of a black box. Every line shows what it is based on; currency, exchange rate and validity period are recorded with the quote.
- Quote in TRY, USD or EUR. Rates come from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, and the rate on the quote date is recorded.
- You set the risk margin for exchange rate and material price swings.
- The validity period is written on the quote; an expired quote is clearly marked for the customer.

| Material | DC01 2 mm, 0.13 kg × 0.92 EUR/kg | 0.12 |

| Bending | 1 bend × 0.15 EUR | 0.15 |

Notes
- AI prepares the draft, a person approves the quote. An unapproved quote is never sent.
- Every sent revision is frozen. The version your customer sees does not change afterwards.
- Each company’s data is kept separate and never mixes with another company’s data.
- A quote link can be protected with a one-time code, and you can revoke the link at any moment.
- Fields suggested by AI and fields you corrected are recorded separately, so you can see what was suggested and why.
- Personal data is processed in line with Türkiye’s data protection law (KVKK).
Who it is for
For make-to-order manufacturers who win work through RFQs. The cost engine runs a separate template for each manufacturing process.
| Process | Drawing | Order |
|---|---|---|
| Sheet metal | DXF | First |
| CNC machining | STEP | Next |
| Plastic injection moulding | STEP, part volume | On the roadmap |
Companies in other industries can also use quote preparation, sending and tracking.
Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Your data is kept in a space reserved for your company and is not shared with other companies. Hosting region and details are shared in the early access conversation.
What if the AI produces a wrong price?
Prices are calculated with the formula you define; the AI reads the request and the drawing. Every quote is approved by a person before it is sent, and every line of the calculation is visible.
Can I use my own cost formula?
Yes. You enter your material prices, machine hour rates, scrap and profit rates, and the calculation uses them.
Which languages and currencies can I quote in?
The interface and the quote are available in eight languages: Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Arabic. You can quote in TRY, USD or EUR.
Does it work with my ERP?
Transferring an accepted quote to your ERP as an order is on the roadmap. Tell us which ERP you use in the early access form and it will count towards the order.
What does early access mean?
We are maturing the product with a limited number of manufacturers, using real requests. Fill in the form and we will get in touch.
